Our Office Is Always Looking for New Talent to Join Our Growing Practice!

NOW HIRING:

Full Time Licensed Therapist

Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate, creative, and experienced Licensed Therapist who is passionate about working with children.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in play therapy and a deep understanding of how to support children through developmental, emotional, and behavioral challenges. This position involves providing high-quality, individualized therapy in a supportive, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in play therapy and is looking for a clinical role within a supportive team, where the focus is on meaningful therapeutic work—not administrative burden or business building.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys coming into a well-organized practice, seeing their clients, and then leaving work at work at the end of the day. If you’re looking to eventually start your own practice or use this role as a stepping stone to opening a private practice, this is not the right fit. We are building a team of clinicians who want to grow with the practice, not apart from it.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual therapy services to children using evidence-based interventions, including play therapy techniques.

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.

  • Collaborate with caregivers, school personnel, and other providers to support client progress.

  • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing training opportunities.

  • Maintain compliance with ethical standards, HIPAA regulations, and licensing board requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Current and active licensure in [State] (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).

  • Specialized training and experience in play therapy required; RPT credential a plus.

  • Minimum of 1 year clinical experience working with children and families.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with children, parents, and team members.

  • Ability to work independently and a desire to work as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with trauma-informed care.

  • Familiarity with other child-centered modalities (e.g., sand tray, art therapy).

  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.

What We Offer:

  • Supportive team culture and clinical supervision.

  • Flexible scheduling and administrative support

  • Ongoing training and professional development

  • Competitive compensation and benefits package
