We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, disrespect, or abusive behavior toward staff or other clients, whether in person, online, or through public platforms such as Google reviews. Services may be terminated for violations, and legal remedies—including for defamatory or harassing online content—will be pursued if necessary.
